Abstract: This research
aims to substantiate the importance of national food storage networks through
an analysis of the pedagogical and socioeconomic context to strengthen a
culture of food consumption in Ecuador. Given this reality of school bars in
Ecuador and as a food engineer and teacher, the anthropological bases of a
model of food production and consumption are developed both in the family of
Ecuador, as well as in teachers and school bars. Three population segments
have been chosen: markets, educational institutions and education
professionals. As a representative sample, in this case there are 6 markets,
2 educational institutions and 2 education professionals. In such a way that it was possible to infer
important conclusions about the habits of the population, in 200 people. The
importance of the Physical and Chemical sciences is of enormous importance,
as well as Biology in the field of Education. From the perspective of Paulo
Freire’s social pedagogy, the scientific curriculum must serve the masses. In
general, strawberries, blackberries, and kiwi are excellent breakfast options
for children with obesity due to their low-calorie content, high nutrient
density, and low glycemic index. |
