Modelo de alimentación para estudiantes y docentes del Ecuador: el impacto de la cultura de ingesta en el estrés oxidativo de los ciudadanos

Abstract:  This research aims to substantiate the importance of national food storage networks through an analysis of the pedagogical and socioeconomic context to strengthen a culture of food consumption in Ecuador. Given this reality of school bars in Ecuador and as a food engineer and teacher, the anthropological bases of a model of food production and consumption are developed both in the family of Ecuador, as well as in teachers and school bars. Three population segments have been chosen: markets, educational institutions and education professionals. As a representative sample, in this case there are 6 markets, 2 educational institutions and 2 education professionals.  In such a way that it was possible to infer important conclusions about the habits of the population, in 200 people. The importance of the Physical and Chemical sciences is of enormous importance, as well as Biology in the field of Education. From the perspective of Paulo Freire’s social pedagogy, the scientific curriculum must serve the masses. In general, strawberries, blackberries, and kiwi are excellent breakfast options for children with obesity due to their low-calorie content, high nutrient density, and low glycemic index.
