It is situated along the banks of the Vardar River and adjacent to numerous civic institutions. The center aims to provide a multi-functional space with the goal of promoting cultural exchange and artistic production amongst citizens and stakeholders. This study uses a comprehensive architectural method which includes a site analysis, studies of precedents, and structural programming, culminating in a design that fits in with the contemporary context of the area with aesthetic nuance. In a series of 3D visualisations and structural schematics, the project conveys how the spatial organisation, use of materials, and functional zoning makes the center an iconic cultural building. The findings indicate that this center does indeed fulfill its programmed requirements, and may establish itself as a significant cultural landmark and catalyst of urban regeneration and culture development in North Macedonia.
