Abstract: Man wants to work hard in early life. He wants to enjoy leisure hours at old age. It is the dream of everybody. A welfare state always plans to implement this model for its senior citizens. It is the ideal model of the civic society. Very few persons get it. Most of the persons have to work hard from dawn to twilight even at old age. They earn little. They cannot save. Yet some cautious persons save. In fact savings is an art. The proverb goes, “A penny saved is a penny earned”. It is a wise outcome of the solvent mind enriched with high level thinking.
